Initial Appointment Evaluation - $180.
55-Minute Individual Appointment - $160.
In certain circumstances, you may qualify for a lower fee.
I accept payment via cash, check, debit or credit card, HSA or FSA card at the end of each session.

I am an in-network provider for the following BCBS plans:

North Carolina State Health Plan Network
I am an out of network provider for all other insurance plans. I can provide you with a "Super Bill" that can be submitted to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement. A“Super Bill” will include diagnostic information. Please feel free to contact me if you have further questions.
